Nestor Kirchner
(Rio Gallegos, 1950 - El Calafate, 2010) Argentine politician, president from 2003 to 2007. Ostoic Néstor Carlos Kirchner was born in Río Gallegos, capital of the province of Santa Cruz In 1976 he received a law degree and returned to Rio Gallegos to practice, along with his wife in a law firm.
